What we collect
The enquiry forms may collect your name, WhatsApp number, preferred rite, sacred site, date, family size, ancestor details you choose to share, and your message.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand the request, contact you personally, coordinate the next steps, prevent spam and maintain an enquiry record.
What this website does not do
The current public website does not collect card, UPI or bank-transfer payment details and does not confirm a booking or reserve inventory.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with team members and service providers needed to respond to the enquiry. Ceremonial details are shared with a proposed pandit only when coordination requires it. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@pitrupaksha.org.
